For providers that have been affected by the recent Wildfires, at this time we are: 1. Extending the duration of existing prior authorizations by 180 calendar days. 2. Extending the minimum timeframes for contracted and non-contracted providers to submit claims up to 365 days from the date of services. 3. Extending the minimum time for providers disputes from 30 working days to 180 calendar days. 4. If you have been displaced, please contact our provider relations team at 1-800-937-3400 to coordinate member care from an approved appropriate alternative setting.
